SMC prides itself on staying at the forefront of laser technology, and our Mitsubishi Laser Cutting systems help us maintain that edge. We have the capability to process materials up to 1″ (25mm) thick with our Fiber and CO₂ lasers. This includes coated metal as well.

Laser cutting allows us to achieve tight tolerances and deliver parts with excellent edge quality, resulting in a finished product that meets or exceeds expectations.

Our 6kW to 10kW lasers are integrated with automatic load and unload systems, allowing us to run lights-out operations and ensure your parts are delivered on time, every time.

For jobs requiring in-sheet forming features such as knock-outs, louvers, and more, SMC offers Turret Punching using our Finn Power CNC Turret. Capable of processing material up to 7-gauge (4.3mm), this system remains a cornerstone of our core capabilities.
